Donnerstag, 3. Oktober 2019

On October 7 and 8, 2019, H.R.H. Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark and H.R.H. Crown Princess Mary of Denmark are going on an official visit to France together with Danish ministers, French ministers, and government officers.

The objective for the visit is to strengthen the cultural, economic, and political relations between France and Denmark, based on close and strong cooperation. On the upcoming visit, there are two focal points: Healthcare and Energy and sustainable cities – Liftup has been given the opportunity to participate at the healthcare track during the royal visit.

In France, Denmark is perceived as a nation with answers to many of present society’s questions and priorities. A highly developed and family friendly country with a healthy and environmentally conscious lifestyle. Many of the same trends are beginning to show in France, making this a unique moment for Danish companies to use the Danish brand as a door-opener. (Source:

Liftup is to present the company and the Raizer to a wide audience of professionals, the Crown Prince couple, ministers, and the other officials at 'La Grande Arche'. During the two days, Liftup will attend visits to various French institutions (nursing homes, hospitals, etc.), rounds of debates, seminars, and dinners with the entire delegation.

By participating during the royal visit, Liftup will have the opportunity to strengthen relationships and network with other professionals in the industry so that we can cooperate on lifting our efforts in the French market and organize the best possible conditions, and supply of products, for our customers.

Danish exports of goods and services to France have increased by 10% in 2018 compared to 2017. Danish exports of goods and services to France amounted to DKK 28.8 billion and DKK 10.7 billion, respectively, in 2018. This makes France Denmark’s 8th biggest export market.

However, Danish exports to France are still only around ¼ of the exports to Germany and ½ of exports to Norway, indicating an untapped potential for Danish companies.
