Raizer & Ergonomics
The video focuses on work postures, both in the assembly situation and in lifting the fallen person.
One of the most important points in using the Raizer is making sure to use your thigh muscles to kneel and stand up without straining knees and back. Keep the back straight and turn yourself against your main work space – in this way you will completely avoid to put unnecessary strain to your back when assembling Raizer.
