Your lift communicates with you

LISTEN CAREFULLY TO DETERMINE WHETHER IT IS NORMAL OPERATION OR AN ALARM TONE THAT REQUIRES ACTION

Your lift communicates with you through various sounds and alarm tones. Some sounds are part of normal operation, while others warn of a situation that requires attention.

For example, a warning tone may indicate that something is obstructing the lift, that a safety sensor has been activated, or that a technical fault has occurred.

Listen to your lift, find the relevant alarm tone, and follow the instructions below. In many cases, the issue can be resolved quickly and easily.
