My Product StairTrainer
A warranty that follows the product.
With the product registration, the owner of a Liftup product will be offered access to a Manufacturer’s General Warranty cover that will guarantee supply of spare parts through an authorized distributor for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
Maintenance
-
Clean by wiping off with a cloth that has been wrung out in water containing a mild detergent.
-
Do NOT use a high-pressure cleaner or wash the equipment down with water straight from a hose. Aggressive detergents and suchlike must not be used on the lift. Also avoid salt or sand coming into contact with the lift in connection with winter maintenance.
Inspection, checks and service inspections
In addition to basic maintenance, lifts require periodic professional servicing to remain safe and compliant with regulations. Liftup recommends the following minimum service intervals.
It is very important to follow these intervals — note that stricter requirements may apply in some countries, so check with your lift installer. Lack of maintenance may void the warranty and shorten the product’s lifespan, so remember to set reminders.
Always use a certified Liftup technician or trained personnel for servicing — they know lifts best and ensure that all functions (such as safety sensors and battery backup) are checked.
(Fun fact: Some lifts have an online service log that technicians can access via the QR code on the lift.)

Height adjustment
The StairTrainer can be set on the display so that the training can start gently and the degree of difficulty can be increased to the desired step height.
-
It is easy to adjust the height of the StairTrainer to match the current need: Press and hold the appropriate arrow key to run the training aid up or down. Release the button once you have reached the required height.
-
The display always shows the current height (cm) between the floor and platform/top step.
-
No height adjustments must be made while a person is on the StairTrainer.
Transfer/ relocation
The StairTrainer can be moved around by one person. The device is equipped with 3 swivel wheels at the back of the stairs, and 2 fixed wheels, situated on each side frame, on which it can roll.
-
Run the StairTrainer all the way down until it rests on the wheels.
-
Use the back rail as grip.
-
Push/drag the stairs to the new position
